IHG, world renowned hotel operator, joined with Pelligra Projects to redevelop the Rydges Hotel, previously used as a detention centre during Covid-19.  The four star hotels redesign is designed to optimise its unique fringe CBD location and relationship to the adjacent park and iconic fig tree. FCA were required to develop a brand and location driven food & beverage strategy for their restaurant, bar, functions and room service.
