FCA was required to independently review current catering operations and determine opportunities for improvement across all aspects of the catering service at Greenhill Manor.  Management were keen to understand the current status of catering and where relevant enhance catering standards and the quality of service to residents.  Review of the caterers contractual obligations were part of the review & recommendation process.  The findings of the report were the foundations for the development of a catering strategy for the future.
