The Alba is part of a new seniors precinct created by Australian Unity and designed by Fender Katsalidis.  The Alba comprises 71 premium assisted living apartments and 83 residential aged care suites.  Assisted living residents private and secure apartments can take advantage of a ground floor cafe, chef prepared meals, room service and rooftop bar. 

• liaison with management team – sharing the vision
• review of hospitality design – kitchens, dining rooms, pantries,
• review of hospitality design – restaurant & cafe
• hospitality strategies for f&b services for aged care and assisted living 
• operational narrative to support cafe & household dining model
• operational narrative to support restaurant and room service
• design recommendations to support hospitality strategy
