Government House, the official residence of the Governor, is the oldest public building in SA.  It hosts a diverse range of functions & events which demand a variety of food & beverage services from silver service meals, large scale cocktail parties, through to grand events.  As part of the future capital works management plan, FCA was required to develop an operational narrative and design brief for a fully compliant kitchen, butler’s pantry and cellar.
