Whitehorse City Council is building a highly accessible, flexible and contemporary performing arts centre (PAC) that will provide an expanded array of arts and cultural opportunities for the entire Whitehorse community to enjoy for generations to come.  The centre will include – proscenium theatre (600 pax), studio theatre (200 seats), meeting room (20 pax),  function room (300 banquet / 600 standing) and will be supported by a commercial kitchen, finishing kitchen and bar. 

• review of PAC project objectives & existing plans
• liaison with project team
• evaluation of future catering operating model
• evaluation of plans and need to provide flexibility & future proofing
• design brief to accommodate flexibility of operating models
• revised design reviews
• ongoing consultancy for FF&E
